A global authority in linear infrastructure, Dr. Ibikunle leverages over 18 years of international experience across public agencies, utilities, and private infrastructure owners. His expertise centers on trenchless pipeline design and construction, the development and application of advanced inspection and condition assessment methodologies, and innovative rehabilitation solutions for aging infrastructure.
Notably, he pioneered Avodahtec’s Integrated Framework for Pipeline Condition Assessment and a proprietary Pipeline Rehabilitation Costing Tool, solutions that empower asset owners to prioritize investments, eliminate unplanned failures, and bridge funding gaps through “just-in-time” renewal strategies.
