As an Assistant Professor at Dalhousie University and a Certified Global Nurse Consultant (CGNC), he operates at the vital intersection of environmental risk and community health. At Avodahtec, he leads our climate-health risk analysis, applying mixed-method research to evaluate how climate hazards impact population health, service delivery, and the resilience of essential infrastructure across diverse jurisdictions. 

A Global Authority on Equity-Driven Adaptation. Oluwadamilare’s research and consulting career spans Canada, Hong Kong, Indonesia, and Nigeria, giving him a unique global perspective on how social determinants shape community resilience.
