As the Co-Founder and Director of Operations at Avodahtec, she is responsible for the firm’s strategic operational oversight and the integrity of our safety management systems. Holding an M.Sc. in Occupational Safety and Health and professional certifications including Canadian Registered Safety Professional (CRSP) and Chartered Member of IOSH (CMIOSH), Vivien ensures that every project Avodahtec delivers is grounded in regulatory compliance and industry-leading safety standards.
A Modern Approach to High-Performance Teams. Vivien integrates Agile Scrum methodologies and digital workflows into traditional HSE environments to drive transparency and speed. Her expertise in root cause analysis and change management was forged in high-pressure environments, including managing emergency crisis responses and developing enterprise-level contractor management programs.
