Specializing in digital transformation, IT lifecycle solutions, cloud and SaaS implementations, and enterprise system integrations, she enables organizations to improve operational efficiency, user experience, and overall performance. At Avodahtec, Rosemary leads cross-functional programs that align technology delivery with strategic business outcomes, ensuring projects are executed with precision, transparency, and measurable value.

Rosemary’s career is distinguished by her ability to navigate complexity through a balanced application of PMI, Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies. She brings deep expertise in stakeholder engagement, governance and compliance reporting, change management (ADKAR), vendor and contract management, API integrations, and data migration.

Consistently delivering 95% of project milestones on time and maintaining budgets within ±5%, she drives high user adoption in regulated environments through structured governance and organizational readiness strategies. Holding a master’s degree in Marketing Management and certifications as a PMP, Certified Scrum Master, Prosci Change Management Practitioner, and ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, Rosemary bridges technical execution with organizational change to deliver sustainable, high-impact technology solutions.
